Cleantalk doesn’t work and broke my site

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. To log in to the admin panel, please temporarily remove our plugin:

1. Log in to your Hosting Account.
2. Locate the folder of your website.
3. Delete the plugin folder “cleantalk-spam-protect” here: WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect
4. Log in to your admin panel.

Then install it again:
https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

Regarding your questions:
1) As I understand it, you have already removed our plugin because I don’t see that it is enabled on your site. If so, please install our plugin so I can check your contact form.

2) What version of PHP and CMS are you using?
