Cleantalk file slows down site?

Hi,

My site iglobalshop.fi is quite slow, so I checked the waterfall chart on GTmetrix and it seems that there’s some file/resource from cleantalk that adds to the load time a lot (if I’m understanding the chart correctly):

In the chart, it produces a 403 respons, and the weird thing is that this resource loads even if I deactivate clean talk. What do you make of this?
