    Hello,

I am getting time to time a strange behaviour where Cleantalk seems mixing ip addresses .

I got a regular user who got blocked posting a message. It was detected with the following blacklisted IP 137.74.120.3

but in reality the IP he was using was : 193.200.xxx.xxx

    Any idea ?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

Is it only this user? Or there are others?

    Nope.

I already had this issue 15 days ago where a user could not even access to the site. I had to deactivate the clean talk firewall overcome the situation.

    best regards,
