Anti-Spam by CleanTalk is not detecting spam user accounts. I only have 34 total users.

I’m getting many new spam users per day, but when I try to run the Find Spam Users function, the plugin acts like it’s running for a second, then shows:

    “Total count of users: 34.
Last check May 10 2022: checked 0 users, found 0 spam users and 0 non-checkable users (without IP and email).”

This happens even if I just choose ‘Accurate Check’ and don’t select a date range. Also, considering it’s May 9th today and it shows it ran on May 10th, that seems to be odd.

Also, scan logs don’t show a new entry when I try to scan. This used to work. I’m not sure why it’s broken now.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin without change.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
