CleanTalk Plugin blocking me from search, comments

    Hi CleanTalk team,

    Since the most recent plugin update, I can no longer use the search function on my website, or comment sections. I receive this error:

    *** Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. Please, try again without VPN. ***

    I am not using a VPN. I have also checked my IP address is not blacklisted on the CleanTalk database, nothing was found. The issue occurs on different devices (desktop, mobile).

    Can you please help to rectify this ASAP? I’m worried my readers will not be able to leave comments, contact me or or use the search function on my website. Thanks in advance.

    I confirm the issue. Now, I’ve applied some changes on our side. It is a temporary solution. Now you and your visitors should not see blocks.
    We will investigate why this happens for your site.
