CleanTalk rejecting donations on Givewp donation form

All,

A donor is trying to submit recurring donations but the transaction isn’t being processed because the donor’s email is considered spam. the CleanTalk logs suggest this to be the case! Curious how I can prevent CleanTalk from denying her and future users that may experience this moving forward? In the logs I identified the particular email address through as spam as “not spam”. Is there more action I need to take for this particular donor?
