Cleantalk version 6.44 has a conflict with Elementor search form

    The new version of CleanTalk is impacting the Elementor search forms. Rolling back to version 6.43.2 resolves the issue.

    The ‘Test default WordPress search form for spam’ setting is currently off, as it was previously affecting search form functionality. However, it’s still unclear whether a specific setting or the upgrade itself is causing the issue.

    Hi, I am also having a similar issue. I use MyListing theme which uses Elementor. Two of the widgets which are integrated into MyListing (basic search form widget and explore widget) are not loading when Version 6.44 is active. I have deactivated the plugin for now and this has resolved the issue.

    Could you please advise if you are still on track to have this issue solved soon?

    We’ve made fixes for both issues. You can try this version:

    – Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    – Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
    – After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm files deletion.
    – Download the plugin archive from the link.
    – Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
    – Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.
    – After the installation, activate the plugin, make sure that the access key matches the key from your CleanTalk Dashboard.
