clear all cache instead of only updated post or page

WP Super Cache version: 1.4.7

“Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated” option is unchecked but when I save any content all WP-Super-Cached content are removed. WP-Cache content looks remain. Timestamp in footer is refreshing in every content, expect WP-Cached content. Dou you have any idea why?

My configuration:
– php cache
– Enable dynamic caching. I configured dynamic parts
– Late init.
– 304 Not Modified browser caching.
– Don’t cache pages for known users.
– Only refresh current page when comments made.
