Hello, unfortunately the cookie notice does not appear on the main page of the website, after updating any plugins, especially on mobile. I always have to manually clear the cache, then it works.
    I use
    W3 Total Cache – Version 2.1.2
CN Cookie Notice – Version 2.0.3
Theme Generate Press – Version 3.0.3

Totally strange for me, as I run another site with Theme Astra and there it seems to work. Is there a problem with GP?

Thanks in advance for your help. Rgds

    Hello @eule1

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with his.
YOu cannot clear the browser cache for users. What you do is clearing the cached Pages.
I’ve checked the website and I can see the cookie notice.
SO I need more information about this.
    1. The mentioned notice works on another website using W3TC but not on this one?
    2. Please share the link to the Plugin you are using for this.
    3. Is the notice there on the first visit? (different browsers, Incognito)
    Thanks!

    Hello Marko,
Thank you for your quick answer. Yes, of course you are right. I manually clear the page cache as soon as an update of any plugins as been effected, than the cookie notice appears on the first page.
Otherwise the cookie notice does not appear on the first page neither on the first visit, nor on further visits, but always on all other pages.

I have also forwarded my question to the plugin support of the cookie notice plugin and let you know, what the think about this.
Thank you so much for your help.

    Hello @eule1

    Thank you for the information.
I’ve tested this plugin and every time I visit the website in incognito or a browser with cleared cache and cookies, the cookie notice appears. The website and configuration have an “aggressive” caching with Page Cache, Browser Cache, CDN, and Cloudflare and I am not seeing any issues.
Most likely that the issue is related to the configuration of the mentioned plugin or something else (other plugins) that is causing a conflict.
    Thanks!

    Hello Marko,

Thx for the testing and your feedback. I really appreciate your help.
The problem arises as soon as a plugin will be updated. So I will keep an eye on it.
Meanwhile I will close this topic.
    Have a nice day. Rgds
