Based on this, and your other support post about the phone fields, it would appear that some other plugin, or your theme, is seriously altering things in a not good way. Again, it all works fine here, and no other such issues reported by the over 2000 other active users. I just also double-checked with those same settings using both table and divs layout, and the clear links still show up.
Note, clear links ONLY show if your are logged in as admin, or you are logged in as a user. If you are logged in as just a regular user, you will only see clear links for your own signups, and ONLY if you were logged in when you signed up (so that they could be linked to your user ID). Obviously, we don’t show clear links for guests, or allow users to clear signups from other users. Also, there is a setting for each sheet to determine if clear links are shown (checked by default), and you can also enter a number of days before the event to allow clearing (once you get within that number of days, they can’t clear anymore and the links won’t show).
Also, you said you are using the Customizer Extension… so, if you created a custom layout template, make sure you included the clear signup link column in that template if you want those to appear.
