Clear cache not working

Hello, thank you very much for developing a complete caching plugin.
I love your plugin but I’m having a problem trying to clear the site cache.
Simply the option “Toolbox > Purge All” is not working.
Some cache is retained in the browser.
I went to FTP, deleted htaccess, deleted the files from the “litespeed” folder, .litespeed_conf.dat but it didn’t work.
The adjustments I made on the site still do not appear for some smartphones.
When I disable the plugin or access the URL “https://mysite.com.br/?LSCWP_CTRL=NOCACHE” it works.
What can it be?
