if a customer adds an item into the cart, the cache is disabled automatically.

You did not understand the question.
After the customer placed the order and left the site the cache is cleared on the product page, category page and home page.

The cache is cleared as if the product page has been updated.

You need to add the product to the cart and send the order – then the cache will be cleared.

Now I see the same as in your screenshot. The cache was not reset because you did not complete the order.

After pressing the last button “Confirm order” – the cache is cleared.
