• Hello Andrea,

    First, thank you for such a well written plugin for BP.

    I was hoping you could help with this issue. There is an issue I am seeing with the search’s Clear option being coded to the top of the search. It doesn’t appear to be displaying inline with the other parts of the page. Would it be better to have it added after the search to make it easier to find and to resolve the out of alignment issue I see?

    I use a BP community theme, but this screen shot is with testing the WP standard 2020 theme and this issue persists. https://imgur.com/a/Gf0ZS0R

    Thank you!

    Sorry, I’m still unable to reproduce. This is what I get, with BuddyX 4.4.1:

    Is that function linked/dependent on the header/title being displayed in anyway to any of the parts of the top of the page? I see that the only difference from your example, is that I am hiding the the page name and other header parts.

    I removed all the custom CSS changes and that did not change the way it is displaying, disabled all the non essential plugins, and changed from the child to the parent theme. I’m going to have to dig deeper. Thanks for having a look.

    .site-sub-header .entry-header-title, .site-sub-header .entry-title, .site-sub-header .page-header, .site-sub-header .page-title {
    display: none;
    }

    Hello ericinnyc,

    Adding your custom CSS hides some parts of the header, without any misalignment.

    Probably the reason for the misalignment is elsewhere, maybe a plugin?

    Please note I’m always using BuddyX 4.4.1.
