Clear placeholders on submit

Placeholders are naturally cleared on submission. See Setting Placeholder Text to set up correctly.

Doesnt work for me. if I leave the following field empty, the email I receive will include “Your name here” where the value of [your-name] would have been:

[text your-name placeholder "Your name here"]

It works only if the field has been filled with another value, which doesnt solve my problem

What other plugins do you use?

I deactivated all other plugins but the issue still remains…
