    Hi,
    I just sent a newletter with a mistake. I tried the “clear queue” button but it didn’t work. Any way to it differently ?
    I saw you did it in chanlog 4.6.4.1 but I use version 4.6.4.2

    Yes, we made some improvements to the “Clear Queue”.
    The queue should clear now though we don’t have any further known issues with it.

    Can you please pause the queue under Newsletters > Email Queue, then queue some emails and test the “Clear Queue” again to see if it works fine?

    If ever you need to stop the sending, best is to pause the queue immediately and then decide which way to go.

    Many thanks for your answer. I tried to pause the queue and “clear queue” but it didn’t work. Therefore, I sent the newsletter with the mistake. No problem. Next time, I’ll read better my e-mail before click on send button.

    Great, I’m glad to hear you managed with it.

    We also released version 4.6.5 with more clear queue improvements.
