Clear Search & Autocomplete inop

  • Hi folks,

    Just installed the addon to Participants Database called Multi Search.

    Seemed to work fine, but noticed the “Clear Search” button doesn’t clear the search. And also autocomplete isn’t working.

    Any ideas appreciated.

    Generally speaking, this will be a javascript issue on the page, which can be caused by several things: usually another plugin or your theme is interfering with the plugin javascript, or there is a javascript error with other code that prevents the plugin javascript from running. You can troubleshoot this by opening your browser developer tools and checking the console for errors.

    If you’re running any kind of accelerator or minifier plugin that is optimizing javascript, turn that off to see if it is casing the problem.
