Clear Shipping Cache After Changing Language

Hello!

I was testing one of my shipping plugins which is compatible with WPML when I noticed that the cache was interfering.

My base language is English, and my secondary language is French. If I visited the cart page in English and the shipping calculated based on the cart items, when I switched to French, the title still appeared in English. But if I changed some details so that it couldn’t pull the result from the cache, then it properly translated my shipping title.

It’s probably not a scenario that would happen often, but just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks!
