• I have written a “how to” guide for my users, explaining when they copy & paste form word (or outlook) to use the “paste form word” button to remove the formatting.

Users still do not use this option, (no matter how many times I ask them to) which results in word formatting in the posts. Grrr!

Is there a way of setting the TinyMCE (or other plugins etc.) so users can copy and paste from word into the post and it removes the formatting automaticaly?

I have tried using the TinyMCE Advanced (which is helpful to remove some options) but it still allows word formating.

    Please help :]

  • i have the same problem, any idea or advice ?

Use the paste from Word option or don’t use Word. If you already have something written in Word, paste your Word text into notepad or another text editor first and then copy it from there.

    No.

They don’t always have to use the paste from word option. There’s this thing that looks like a rubber and if you highlight all the text that you pasted in and press the rubber, it will remove all the formatting so your css style can do the rest. ??
