Clear your transients

  • This plugin adss transients that never expire, clogging up the database. The fix is simple add an expiry to your transients. I otherwise love this plugin but this fix is simple and urgently needed.

    Hiya,

    You are absolutely right, and the plugin already does this, once a search is completed (or the plugin is deleted), it should be running a process to clear the transients needed to perform a search.

    If you are seeing otherwise, could you share some more information, like what kind of search were you performing, what search string did you use, and how many results did you get back, so I can see if there’s a pattern to why they weren’t cleaned up like they should have been?
