  • Do you mean to say that some comments are being flagged by Akismet as spam? If so, the best thing to do is mark them as not spam; this will help Akismet moving forward. If you’re still seeing lots of false positives, however, the best thing to do is get in touch with the support team – akismet.com/contact/ – so they can take a closer look.

    Thanks. Its actually not marked as spam, but it also doesn’t say its “cleared” and its not showing in activity stream which is weird. Its showing everything cleared from me and others except this users post, so I’m wondering if its and Akismet issue.

    I even deactivated the plugin but the update is still not showing. Is there a way to make an update be manually cleared by Akismet?
