Clearing Cookies

    Hi Support,

    I have implemented the plugin on the website, however, when I try to clear the cookies of my web browser, I can still access the restricted page. I don’t have a problem resetting the goal inside the WordPress dashboard it works, only resetting it as an anonymous user.

    Hello!

    Before & After tracks conversions using more than just cookies and the conversions last for 30 days. This is done intentionally to prevent people from repeatedly being presented with forms under various browser configurations.

    To reset the goals, you can perform this by logging into your WordPress dashboard and hitting the Reset Goals button. This is ideal when testing the site. There isn’t a mechanism to reset the goal for a specific user at this time.
