    There are a number of reasons why this could be happening including but not limited to:

    1. The hooks that are being used in the settings page are not implemented in the theme. If this is the case finding an appropriate hook in the theme and setting that in the Clearpay settings page should address the challenge.
    2. A page builder is being used and isn’t compatible with the hook method. In this case, using the shortcodes allows the messaging to display. The easiest way to use these would be in a product template page setup in the page builder plugin so that it doesn’t need to be added to every page. For product pages, the relevant shortcode is [clearpay_paragraph]
