Clef login error

    Hi,

    I’m unable to login to any of my WordPress sites that are using your plug

    I’ve tried using the URL override

    Every time and I try and login to any of my sites I get this message:

    “Something went wrong: Failed to connect to 2400:cb00:2048:1::6814:193b: Network is unreachable”

    Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated?

    @chris,

    Good afternoon. Are you running another security/firewall plugin or a server-side or proxied WAF (e.g., CloudFlare Pro) that might be blocking outbound requests to Clef’s API domain (i.e., clef.io)? If so, can you try whitelisting that API domain, and let me know if that gets it working?

    Also, if your firewall is blocking inbound requests, you’ll need either to whitelist the Clef logout hook user agent:

    User-Agent: Clef/1.0 (https://getclef.com)

    or to whitelist the IP addresses.
