Clef plugin continuously updating

I’m one of the authors of the Clef plugin for WordPress and we pushed an update this afternoon. When we pushed the update, it took 15 minutes for www.ads-software.com to pick it up, which seemed a little strange. Then, a customer complained to us that after they installed the update, they were then prompted to install it again.

Looking at our plugin page, it seems to think that the plugin is constantly being updated “1 minute ago” and customers continue toe complain that they are unable to get the update notification to go away in their dashboard.

In addition, all of our “Previous Versions” under the Development section of our plugin page have disappeared (see here).

Any ideas?
