Click event not tracking

I have been fiddling with the settings for making a click event work and so far, no luck. I removed all filters, no extra segments, etc. I did not check the ‘eliminate admin’ option. I have tried with and without “Don’t add GA Tracking Code” and “Universal Code”. (the page is already being tracked by another app.)
