Click fraud protection not working for ads showing in multple place

    I noticed that the click fraud protection/max ad click does not work for ad that shows in multiple places.
    For example, if you place ONE ad after every H2 tag (which means one ad created => displayed in several place in a page), then the click fraud detection or max ad click only triggers for the first shown ad (after the first h2). The ad shown after other H2 does not trigger after max clicks.
    I don’t know this is a bug or it is the way it works.
