Click here to connect with Go To Webinar not working

    After updating to latest plugin version plugin continuous to show Important message at the top.
    When I click to “Click here to connect with Go To Webinar” browser is redirected to Goto webinar permission page and I’ve allowed plugin to access my goto webinar.
    Next it redirect me to page with “redirectgotowebinar” message and then it take me to wp-admin page. Important message is still at the top and button “Click here to connect with Go To Webinar” is still there. I don’t know if plugin is still working because I cannot pull any data from Go To Webinar.
    I have tried to re-authenticating again and nothing new happened.

    Please help.

    Hi @studiotrid,

    Please ensure you are logged into your GoToWebinar account before authenticating. AS people int he past have been logged in under a different account which maybe didn’t have a GoToWebinar service.

    When the page redirects back to your admin page does it say that the authentication has been successful? What message was displayed. There should ALWAYS be a message displayed. Have you tried disabling all other plugins during the authentication process?

    If you have done these things are you are still experiencing an issue, feel free to email me your WordPress and GoToWebinar login details so I can see things in more detail.
