Click in result and it link to the current page where i made widget

Hi great plugin!

please any help , it works it show result but when i click in one it make redirection to the current page ( where i put the widget )

example im in https://www.website.com home where i put widget so if i search : poste01 i get it in result but in click it show me the home page .
