Click not enabled on mobile

Dear all,
I successfully use Mega Menu on desktop. I found on your website that “f you have set your desktop menu to show the sub menus on Hover, we will automatically switch the event to Click on mobiles/touch screen devices.”
This is not happening on my site (if one clicks on the 1st level menu item, submenu will not open and user will be redirected to the page). As a result, some pages are not accessible from mobile browsers, can you help on this?thanks in advance

There is a JavaScript error on the page that I suspect is causing the problem:
I think it may be a custom theme, if so you’ll need to look into it, or if it is a third party theme it would be best to contact the theme authors.
I don’t have the ability to edit other peoples posts on these forums, so I can’t remove the link sorry.
