After upgrading from 2.07 to 3.03, the menu no longer opens on click. I have rolled back to 2.07. Which is absolutely fine and works well. You probably want to sort that out…being able to open a menu is a fairly important part of its functionality! ??

    Hello @bullrunner,

Did you try to save the settings after the upgrade?

Yup, made a couple of changes and saved the settings. Cleared the cache. Clicking on the menu definitely doesn’t work.

Can you share your site url? It seems to be always working when I am testing so there might be some conflict or something.

There’s no point – I have rolled back to a working version. I’m sure it is a conflict with the theme (Divi) or another plugin. If I find out what’s causing it, I’ll update this thread. Given that I’m not the only person to report this, you may want to do some additional testing with some of the more common themes and plugins.

Okay, we will do and see if it can be reproduced.

(Think) I) am having the samen problem. Plugin causes my entire site to freeze on mobile. None of the links on homepage are working anymore. After disabling plugin everything works fine.

    No fix yet?

    Hello @japhys,

I am quite not able to reproduce this issue. Can you please help to understand the issue and any details how can we reproduce.

    Regards

When your plugin is enabled none of the links on my website seem to work anymore. This happens on mobile only. Not just the main menu links stop working but all of the links on the website. This happens in Chrome mobile and Firefox mobile on Android 6 en 8. I can swipe the responsive menu and then it does show the menu items. Tapping on one of the menu items doesn’t do anything though. When the plugin is disabled everthing works fine again.

This is not working for me either and I can’t roll back does anyone have any suggestions?

We experience the same issue at one of our WordPress installations since we updated to the newest version (3.0.3). It may be caused by a conflict with the theme we use ‘The Retailer’.

We solved this issue temporarily by downgrading to a previous version of the plugin we found online at https://github.com/wp-plugins/wp-responsive-menu/releases. This version has less features as it is more than 3,5 years old.

I wonder if the developers of the plugin can help us with a fix for this issue.
