    Hi,

    My name is Claudio and I’m using this cool plugin on my website, www. sharebot.it
    It’s a very good plugin and I already used it for fancy popup on home page and different website pages.

    I just have one problem: I need to open a popup when clicking on the big grey button you see in the left side of this page. What should I need to do?
    I already tried with the [popup_trigger] command but it failed (I added the popup id but nothing worked!), while I can’t understand what I should insert in the CSS selector command.

    Can you help me please?

    @claudio4 – I am not seeing a popup loaded on that page, did you disable it? If not you likely need to take a look at the Targeting Conditions settings for it and be sure it is set to load.

    Thanks Daniel for reply.

    So, do I need to select the page inside the targeting conditions even if I want the popup to be opened just when clicking on a button on that page?
    Should I enable the autoopening condition?

    Now the popup has been published, but I disabled the autoopening and not selected any page.

    @claudio4 – Targeting is a must currently. If a popup isn’t loaded/targeted on a page it won’t be available for click open either.
