I think this might be because you don’t have a WordPress page active on your site. You need to create on in the WordPress admin area at Pages > Add New.

Is there any other reasons to have this problem? Because my website have more than 6 pages.

It could also be a plugin conflict, try deactivating all other plugins apart from Subscribe2, does that resolve the issue. If it does try reactivating your other plugins one at a time until the issue returns to find the conflicting plugin.

If not then it might be your theme, try a core WordPress theme and see if that resolves the issue.
