Click on notification bell loads infinitely without showing anything

    Hello plugin developpers,

    Thank you very much for this wonderfully plugin. I have just found it and I really love it.

    One problem is that how click on the bell to read notifications, it loads infinitely without showing anything.

    I am asking for your help please. Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

    Does it happen when you enable the BuddyPress notifications option or with other types of notifications as well?
    I’m unable to replicate this issue so it would help if you can contact me here: [email protected] to see where it’s coming from.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much for your very quick reply. The only notifications for the moment are the buddypress notifications. When I disable the Buddypress notifications option, it displays “No new notifications”.

    @djintelbe I’m sorry to reply in a closed topic, but did you manage to solve the problem? I have the same problem.

    Hello Kira,

    Yes, the problem is solved. I exchanged with the developer by email. After identifying the issue, he made a new version of the plugin and this version fixed it. I think, normally the latest version of the plugin should fix the issue. Otherwise, you can contact the developer directly; he is really available and he can help you.
