Click on profile

Hi,

when the customer receives applications for his job posts he is able
to see the profile pictures of ultimate member users who have applied for the
specific job. This is great! However, it would be even better if the customer
can then click on the profile picture and will then be redirected to the profile
of the applicant.

Is this possible? I would really appreciate it if you could help me.
