Click to Chat for Whatsapp Chat Plugin Whatsapp Icon not responsive on Desktops

I have installed the Plugin Click to Chat for Whatsapp Chat for my site created using Sydney Theme. After installation, while the Plugin is working fine with the Mobile Version of the Website, the Whatsapp icon appearing on the Desktop Browsers is totally unresponsive. Is it usual ? I mean has the Plugin specifically been designed just for Mobile Browsers or something is wrong with my settings ?
