    Hi there,

I was looking for a way to use opt-in popup with load/exit as well as a link which opens the popup. Automatic Popup works ok with required behavior of “don’t show for 5 days after closed”, But the same behavior is shown when click to open is setup. Ideally click to open popup should not follow “don’t show for 5 days after closure” (Because click to popup is a user controlled behavior) but it’s following the behavior and does not show again.

Can you please point me to the settings/documentation which can allow to configure it correctly? I’m not a pro user at the moment.

    Best,
    Jags

    Hi @jsmundey,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

What you notice is expected as closing behavior is applied irrespective of how the pop-up is triggered.

What I can suggest as a workaround would be to create a duplicate of the pop-up for the “click to open” trigger and configure the closing behavior as “Keep showing the pop-up” for it.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
