Click to Reveal Phone Number – AdWords Conversion Tracking

    I’m trying to find a plugin that will allow me to place a phone number on a site but only reveal the complete number if the first part is clicked. I also want the click to register a conversion on Google AdWords.

    To understand what I’m trying to achieve have a look here: https://www.yellowpages.co.za/search/kempston/. The business number is partially displayed until a visitor clicks on it.
