I’m afraid the issue isn’t with the plugin here, something else is interfering with the toggle’s functionality. It’s most likely to be the theme, but it could be another plugin. … You’ll see that you can click anywhere in the toggle bar, including on the toggle title itself. Specifically, you need to try disabling all other plugins and see if that fixes the problem. If it does then re-enable them one by one until you find the one that breaks the toggle. If it’s not the plugins then it will almost certainly be your theme, which you will be able to prove by switching to a default WordPress theme.
