clickable but no visible info

Hi,
Inspecting your site it appears to be an issue with the way you have set up the widget area using WPBakery.

You can see the ‘Upcoming Opportunities’ text is not visible, which is part of your site rather than the plugin.

Also when you turn of javascript you can see both your text and the plugin output. The plugin does not rely on javascript but WPBakery does.

If you are unable to resolve this by changing your widget area I suggest reaching out to WPBakery support, as WPBakery is a premium product you should be able to get the support you have paid for from https://wpbakery.com/features/support/

Thanks for checking in Alan. After some digging and reaching out to the theme support and eventrite technical support I have come to a maybe solution. The WPBakery my client has is part of their theme package, so to do an update I need to update the theme BUT a general update is still in the works, so the tech said if I can supply the purchase code they can get me the update needed for the parts needed. I have asked the client for this as I was not the orginal designer… hoping she can locate that.
