• Hello,

I’m curious if it’s possible to upload separate files (Word docs, PDF’s, spreasheets, etc.) and place them in a folder that has a URL, which I can then link to text on a page so my users can click the link on my page and download the folder (or files)?

If it’s possible is that available in the free or the pro version? Also, is there a page. document, or video that explains how to do this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Tom

You can create folders and upload your files to those folders. Each file with have a URL that included the folder name, You can insert links to these files into posts or pages. Clicking on a link will display it if it is a PDF or downloaded if it is a word file. The Pro version includes a short code to display all the files in a given folder. Visit this page where we have two videos on the features of Media Library Folders and Media Library Folders Pro.

Thanks so much the quick response. Just to clarify, is there away for the person who clicks my link to download a ZIP file of the folder instead of all the individual files?

No, you would have to manually create the zip file, upload it and insert a link to it.
