  • If you can clear your cache and then try a transaction it would help me.

    I need to know what the actual error is. It will appear on the log view once and after that it will say that it is a cached IP.

    Thank you for replying, but I cannot seem to get it to show again, even though the IPN is still blocked. I removed the firewall and anti-spam plugin, tried it again to work, but still wouldn’t work.

    I have gone through the settings to search for an answer, can’t find a reason for clickbank not being able to contact my ipn page and getting a timeout.

    The Clickbank plugin author suggested I contact my host, see if they are blocking it.

    If you Google ClickBank Whitelist you will get lots of hits. There is a procedure to get you white listed on clickbank if your site is blocked.

    A ClickBank Whitelist, doesn’t apply, since it’s an approved method of promoting someone else’s clickbank product.

    Godaddy told me they don’t know whats going on, and I should contact Clickbank. When a host starts saying that, it’s time to change hosts. Whether or not it will fix the issue, is another matter of course, but one which I am willing to find out.
