Clickbank thank you page

I’m integrating this with Clickbank. Everything seems to be working correctly, except I was told by Clickbank that I need to add the following paragraph to the Thank You page.
“ClickBank is the retailer of products on this site. CLICKBANK? is a registered trademark
of Click Sales, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 917 S. Lusk Street, Suite 200, Boise Idaho, 83706, USA and used by permission. ClickBank’s role as retailer does not constitute an endorsement, approval or review of these products or any claim, statement or opinion used in promotion of these products.”Since s2Member is supposed to allow for Clickbank integration, it seems surprising that this standard paragraph isn’t included on the Thank You page.
Can I just add this paragraph to the Thank You Page Template Header?
