Clicking a Link Scrolls to TOP OF PAGE

Ever since installing this theme I’ve had a problem with my links. On every page of my website when you click on a link (whether it goes to an internal or external link), instead of sending you to the requested page, the page instead scrolls to the beginning of the post. If you scroll back down and click the link again you are directed to the appropriate page. This is a disaster for user-friendliness and bounce-rate! Some users may be interested enough to scroll down and find the link again, but many will not. I need to know how to rectify this problem immediately please. I really like the appearance of the theme and woud hate to have to change themes. But if this cannot be resolved I’ll be forced to.
