When I go to Contact Form >> All Forms and then click on “edit” under any of my forms, I get a blank white screen. I’m using the most recent WordPress (5.3.1) and the most recent plugin version (1.7.0).

As far as I know this is a recent development, but I’ve just inherited this website from another developer so I can’t say for certain when this issue started.

Is there a fix for this problem?

It really depends on what is causing the error. However, we won’t know anything for that until you or someone else on your team checks and reviews the error logs. That’s going to provide the biggest lead.

Would these be error logs that are specific to the Constant Contact plugin? If so, how do I check and review them? If not, can you be more specific about what error logs I should be looking for?

They may be, they may not be specific to our code. Chances are there’s a spot in your hosting account admin panel to see/review various logs. We’re looking for entries in there that are related to things like “Fatal Error” or similar wording.

No, I determined that the client was not actually using this plugin for anything, so I deactivated and deleted it.

No worries there. Glad to hear things are in a good spot overall for the client. Thanks.
