Clicking Menu Item Goes Directly To Sub Menu Item On Mobile Device Only

When clicking one menu item the user is immediately brought to the second of two sub menu items, i.e., the user can’t read the menu item page or the first sub menu item page. This happens only on mobile devices; the menu item and its sub menu items work as they should on laptop or desktop browsers. The problematic menu item in question is https://www.hcdance.org/contra and its sub menu items are https://www.hcdance.org/quiet-corner-contra and https://www.hcdance.org/contra-dance. In other words, clicking (on mobile devices) https://www.hcdance.org/contra immediately goes to https://www.hcdance.org/contra-dance. The site https://www.hcdance.org has other menu items with accompanying sub menu items that work fine on mobile devices. It’s only the menu item and its accompanying sub menu items discussed above that exhibit this behavior. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
