Clicking on Chat Icon Navigates Away From Site

    I have the Free Forever plan. When clicking on the Chat icon, a new browser window opens that navigates away to the Facebook Messenger website INSTEAD OF the pop-up chat bubble that keeps the customer on our website. I’ve been using your plugin since 2015, and customers have always been able to click on the tab/chat icon which opens up a chat bubble to type in. Is this a normal function of the new Free Forever plan?

    @zotabox, Please can you clarify something for the moderation team. Is your ‘Free Forever’ service something that is outside the plugin? We would consider that as a commercial service and the user to be your customer.
