    Hello,

When I do a search and the results appear on the left sidebar there is a “filter results” column. “ALL” is shown by default and under that I have two facets: “by Categories” and “By Tags”.

When clicking on either a tag or category, to filter results, it still shows the same number of results “showing 1-20 results out of 1900”, instead of the “17” results that show in the number next to the “tag” I’m trying to filter with.

But – it’s also not showing any posts it just shows, when trying to apply a filter, the pages in the little blue boxes….1, 2, 3, 4…190.

You can see for yourself on my site:

    Thanks!

It looks like a problem with your Solr install/configuration.

And any thoughts on what this could be?

    This worked with previous version – I think 3.6 3.7 and 3.8.

Just updated to 4.0 and no change.

Just updated to 4.1 – still doesn’t work.

Is there any way I can get 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 – because one of those
    worked?

Nope – the previous versions didn’t help ??

I know this worked at some point…can you tell me what would need to be looked
at on the Solr server config that is directly related to clicking on a facet?

Could it be related to the schema file?

I had a quick look to your website.

I noticed many .js errors in the chrome console, which are very likely to prevent WPSOLR ajax calls to execute properly, hence the issues with facets, sort, and autocomplete.

    Thanks for your time again!

I tried the default theme and it worked. It worked with only about 20% of my paid themes.

So what I ended up doing – in case anyone else runs into this problem with their themes – is installed the plugin “multiple themes” and created a “search results” page using a theme that works, in my case I chose “SKT The App” theme.

This way I didn’t have to change my entire site just the search results page and everything works!

    Thank you ??
