Clicking on widget only refreshes page

    Hi, I’ve installed the plug-in and did the set-up which worked perfectly. However since some weeks ago when I click on the registration button on the widget the page only refreshes.

    When copying the url that the “Register” link shows it displays: https://wordpress.pro.es.hab.idealista/tools/centrodeayuda/?webinarKey=3033346260043388418&hide=

    Worst part is that it used to work when I first installed it so I have no idea what might be causing the problem. I’ve deleted and installed a couple of times and ‘nada’.

    Hi @betogess,

    That is strange as there have been no plugin updates that would have caused this issue. Can you check a couple of things:

    1) Try re-authenticating again..it’s possible your widget display of webinars has been cached but authentication has been lost and hence the registration page isn’t working
    2) Double check that you have a registration page with the shortcode [gotowebinar-reg] on it, and in the plugin settings for the ‘Custom Registration Page’ you have selected that page with the shortcode

    On a side note when I try and visit any page on your site I get an error: “This site can’t be reached”…not sure what’s going on there.

    1) I did it but didn’t worked.

    2) I’ll check that, I haven’t created a custom registration page.

    As for the page is currently blocked for access but I’ll enable it soon.
