I have been able to replicate this issue several times.

    – Install JTRT Responsive Tables 3.0.3
    – Click JTRT Responsive Tables > Add New
    – Enter table title (e.g., SAMPLE)
    – Click ‘Import CSV’ button
    – Select .CSV file from local computer
    – Notice (correct) data in Table Generator section
    – Click blue ‘Publish’ button

After publishing, notice now in Table Generator, all the data has disappeared.

Additionally, if you click the Code tab, and click the “generate code” button, you’ll see that the HTML code does not include table data from the CSV file.

    * John, one other thing, in the JTRT All Tables view, the shortcodes are listed with single quotes, whilst in the editor, the shortcodes are displayed with double quotes. Not sure if this affects anything, but thought I’d point out.

    Hope this helps!

    Joe

Thanks John. Unfortunately, the problem still persists with 3.0.3.1. Would it be helpful for me to remove and re-install the plugin?

    Hey Joe,

Don’t remove the plugin, simply deactivate and reactivate the plugin. When you update the plugin doesn’t deactivate automatically so you have to do it manually. The issue was with the activation file, so when you activate the plugin, the fixed activation file will run instead of the old broken one.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks again for bringing this to my attention.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Thanks
    John
