• Bought the pro version yesterday. Clicking on save ticket does not actually create a ticket. Ticket count is still at zero despite several submission. Please, help

    Hello,

    please help us to diagnose the problem:

    A) Can we check it directly on your website? If so, please use our website to send us link and credentials.

    B) Does it happens in the Administrator side or in the front-end?

    C) You do not even see the tickets in the tickets list? Do you see the confirmation message at all?

    Thanks for quick response.
    1.It happens on both front and back end.
    2. I do not see it on ticket list
    3. I get the confirmation message. It gives the ticket number as zero (0).

    I didn’t register on ur site when I made payment for the pro version. Paypal address is [email protected]

    Hello, by watching our System Log (in settings page) I can see the code seems to be correct. However, the process of adding the record to the database is failing, for unknown reasons. Any chance we can give a look to the connected database as well? If so, please use again https://www.bravowp.com to comunicate sensitive informations to us.

    I am not sure I have the database login details. What database does your plugin save it’s data? Will lok and let you know.

    You should check it with your hosting provider, our plugin save the data in the WordPress database.
    On a second thought, it may be a problem related to your table prefix, we are running a test right now to see if its connected, will update this thread as soon as we have finished this test. Thank you for your collaboration!
